Privacy Policy
1. Who we are
PassengerPod™ is a concept-stage engineering program operated by Built to Unite Inc ("we", "us"). This policy explains how we handle personal data collected through passengerpod.com.
2. What we collect
We collect only what you submit through the website:
- Preorder applications: full name, email address, country, applicant type, intended application, an optional message, your consent record and a technical submission reference.
- Direct email: anything you choose to send to info@passengerpod.com.
We do not run advertising or analytics scripts on this website at this time, and we do not buy, sell or trade personal data.
3. Why we process it
- to review and respond to your preorder application;
- to contact you about the PassengerPod program, based on the consent you give when submitting the form;
- to keep basic records of consent as required by law.
4. Where your data is processed
Form submissions are processed by service providers acting on our behalf:
- Vercel — website hosting and the serverless functions that receive your submission;
- Airtable — secure storage of application records;
- Brevo — transactional email (your confirmation message and our internal notification).
These providers may process data in the United States and other jurisdictions under their own security and compliance programs.
5. How long we keep it
We keep application records while the PassengerPod program is active and your application remains relevant, or until you ask us to delete them, whichever comes first.
6. Your rights
You may ask us at any time to access, correct or delete your data, or to withdraw your consent to be contacted. Email info@passengerpod.com and we will respond within a reasonable period. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local data-protection law (for example the GDPR or the California Consumer Privacy Act).
7. Security
Submissions travel over HTTPS, access credentials are stored as server-side environment variables, and provider access is limited to what the program needs. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures appropriate to a program at this stage.
8. Children
The website is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
9. Changes
We will post any updates to this policy on this page with a new effective date.
