Terms of Use
1. Acceptance
By using passengerpod.com (the "Site") you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. The Site is operated by Built to Unite Inc.
2. What the Site is
The Site presents PassengerPod™, a concept-stage engineering program developing a proposed one-person protective cabin for heavy-lift cargo drones. All content is provided for general information about a program under development.
3. No offer, no product claims
- Nothing on the Site is an offer to sell, a pre-order, or a contract to deliver a product or service.
- No occupied PassengerPod flight has taken place, and no certified PassengerPod currently exists.
- Target specifications are engineering goals subject to analysis, prototyping, integration testing and certification.
- Images on the Site are concept visualizations, not photographs of an existing certified product.
- A preorder application is a free expression of preorder interest only — see the Preorder Application Terms.
4. Intellectual property
The PassengerPod™ name, wordmark, texts, visualizations and page design belong to Built to Unite Inc or its licensors. You may view and share links to the Site; you may not copy, modify or commercially reuse its content without written permission.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to disrupt the Site, probe or overload its infrastructure, submit false or automated form entries, or use the Site in violation of applicable law.
6. Disclaimers
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Site at any time.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Built to Unite Inc is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid to use the Site — which is zero.
8. Third-party services
Form submissions are processed via Vercel, Airtable and Brevo as described in the Privacy Policy. Their services are governed by their own terms.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in New York County, New York will have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer law in your country provides otherwise.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms; the current version will always be posted on this page with its effective date.
