PassengerPod Preorder Application Terms

Draft status. This document is a plain-English draft prepared for the PassengerPod™ program. It requires review by qualified legal counsel before public launch and may be updated as the program develops.

1. What a preorder application is

A preorder application is a free expression of preorder interest in the PassengerPod™ program. It lets us understand who wants a protective drone cabin, where and for what mission — and lets you follow the program from an early position.

2. What it is not

It is not a product order, purchase or deposit — no payment is collected and none may be requested through this form.
It is not a contract to manufacture, certify, sell or deliver anything.
It does not guarantee acceptance, a place in any queue, or any fixed price, final configuration, certification status, production availability or delivery date.
It creates no obligation for you: you may withdraw at any time by emailing info@passengerpod.com.

3. Review and qualification

Applications are reviewed manually and are subject to qualification. We may accept, decline or ask follow-up questions at our discretion, and we may prioritize applications by mission type, region or program needs. A confirmation email only acknowledges that your application was received.

4. Program status

PassengerPod is a concept-stage engineering program. No occupied flight has taken place, no certified PassengerPod exists, and no drone-platform partnership or manufacturing agreement is currently announced. Target specifications remain subject to engineering, testing and certification. Rated cargo payload of any drone does not equal approval to carry a person.

5. If the program changes

If the program is modified, paused or discontinued, preorder applicants owe nothing and are owed nothing — because no payment was taken and no product was promised. We will aim to inform applicants of material changes.

6. Any future purchase is separate

If PassengerPod ever reaches a stage where products or services are offered, that offer will come with its own separate contract, pricing and terms. Submitting this application neither obligates you to accept such an offer nor obligates us to make one.

7. Your data

Application data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy, with your consent recorded at the time of submission.
